Rickie Bradshaw is recognized internationally as a missional leader, consulting with churches worldwide on strategic planning, church planting, spiritual vitality, leadership and missional development. As Senior Pastor of First Southwest Baptist Church, he has led his Houston, Texas, congregation to start more than 90 churches in 16 years in three different nations—10 of them birthed out of First Southwest Baptist Church. Rickie has a particular passion for leading churches to become spiritually vital, able to rapidly reproduce disciples. Most recently, he has trained and started more than 100 new organic life transformation groups in Texas prisons.
