The Lead Pastor of Shoreline Community Church in Monterey, Calif., Kevin Harney is both a coach and practitioner of organic outreach. His greatest passion is sharing the good news of Jesus, helping others learn to share their faith and equipping local congregations for outreach. Kevin has trained leaders worldwide and has written or co-written (with wife Sherry and other authors) 70-plus small group studies, as well as numerous books including Organic Outreach for Ordinary People, Leadership From the Inside Out and Seismic Shifts.
